In my opinion Romanian and Hungarian should be on Ostheer, the 'Eastern' Germans. The Canadian and Australians should be British as they were members of the Commonwealth and fought in their name. The US would then get the French Commander, since the US was significant in equipping the Free French Forces.
I further think Romania and Hungary could be combined into one Commander.

Yeah, what you could do is use make it so that the tank has much lower health. For example, you can give them 160 health (normal is 640 for a medium tank). Then use squad modifiers so that they take 75% less damage from weapons (40 damage instead of 160). It'll still take the same number of hits to kill and display the health bar the same way, but Veterancy gain will be much slower for attackers. You'd also need to lower the repair rates (not sure if possible via target tables, or if it's universal) so they don't repair the tanks in 5 seconds though.
These things are already possible if you have proper hardware.
For example, my minimap is bound to one of the side buttons on my mouse, go to event is bound to another one.
Its not relic made obviously, but it works the same way.
Third party software should not be required for something as simple as key binding, a feature that's expected in every modern game because it's not 1990. Some anti-cheat systems also pick up these programs, so using them puts you at risk of being banned from certain games.
43 to 44? You sure? I think it's rather 41 - 43/44 seeing as they're still both using those old AT rifles and earlier war tech, well, there are a few exceptions like the IS2 but yeah we get it, I just used those years as an example, no need to make this into a historical discussion.
Not sure what you mean, the Soviet Union didn't have wide-spread use of anti-tank rockets, so anti-tank rifles, anti-tank guns, and tank destroyers were used instead. The only anti-tank rockets they had were a few lend-lease Bazookas, and some captured Panzerschrecks and Panzerfausts. They didn't have their own until they introduced the RPG-2 in 1949.
You have a point with Panthers and Brummbars but the first Tigers came out around 1941, Panthers to around 43 and I'm not sure about Brummbars, altho the Ostwind was also kinda experimental amd they had only about 50 of em, still both Armies have them. So in a sense the Wehr is representing the German Army before Kursk, that would also explain why they have the Ferdinand since their first combat was at Kursk, after that they get upgraded to Elefants with hull MGs and a few other things.
Ostheer and Soviet are a mishmash of 1943 to 1944, OKW and USF are 1944 to 1945, and British are 1945.
AA HT needs to provide a base of fire that can deter light tanks when set up. Right now it is fodder for vet and does little to keep them at bay, if it is set up. If not it is helpless.
Not a bad idea, it could be Flak Truck lite or Bofors lite in securing zones.
