With regard to worldbuilder tools, apologies these issues have returned. We need to apply an update to our build system to make these fixes permanent. We should have this fixed with an update next week.
While you're here, I'd like to point out that the tools require the Flex SDK, which is no longer officially available (only old versions from third party sources are available). I don't know if there is anything that can be done about it by the team at this point, but I feel like someone should know at least.
