PD: any chance to replace flak bunkers with normal MG bunkers from base sector?

Fair changes in general. Command bunker change looks fairly good (pak43 a little more viable) though i still think the bunker build cost should be reduced to 50mp and push the differential towards either of the upgrades. +1 on doing something with Osstruppen reservers
But they also cost like half their current cost. While i can't remember exactly how they behaved for 1v1, they were stupid in combination with Assault Grens in team games. They were never "meant" but they STILL replaced Gren builds. In: COH2 Balance |

Every change looks good though the Scott one is still miles away from giving the faction a real late game artillery option while still been butchered down (which is needed) in general. I don't know if upkeep works past the 100 mark (if it keeps increasing), so does this means that you could potentially lose mp after the 134 popcap mark? (201 from pop + 100 penalty) Does this change affect custom games? In: COH2 Balance |

I might not had been clear. I stated how much dmg the crit component has outside of the base dmg of the Rifle. Cause i had to use the old coh2 stats site it might had not have the correct values for the base dmg so i assumed it's correct and it's both 16. If the crits are at 40% HP and 70%HP then, the threshold is at 32HP and 56HP respectively. Which translates to the values i gave before: Pathfinders are doing 16dmg + 0/16dmg JLI are doing 16dmg + 0/40dmg In: COH2 Balance |

Is this an out of season April fool's joke? Don't you guys have phones ? OP should probable look for the correct stats (though i think serealia is showing the wrong weapon profiles, unless post rework Pathfinders use a different one). IIRC Path "crit" is only doing at most 16dmg (if their base dmg is 16) and JLI 40dmg. But don't expect much from OP (checks post history). Hey, but at least we are improving. At least this thread have more than 1 sentence. In: COH2 Balance |
Thread: Infantry, mortars and MGs: relationship and scaling. 5 Dec 2020, 17:28 PM
I'd like to see Mortars and MGs more useful in the lategame, but i think predicating their usefulness on veterancy might not be the best method. Team weapons are much more vulnerable to being wiped than any other type of infantry, but this is accounted for by their ability to be recrewed. Even with buffs to survivability from veterancy, this still means they'll be just as terrible The vet is only there to softly account for the vet infantry get as part of their progression. Weapon upgrades would still steam roll support weapons. Making them cheaper and easier to incorporate in a build through popcap is a way to make them more prevalent in smaller modes. In case of MGs in particular, the reason since 7 years ago that they lose in effectiveness is that everyone benefits from -50% suppression in the late game. Which is why i suggest to reduce it (i would even go and say remove it at all and for a future COH, create a different type of yellow cover, which is generated by any kind of explosive but doesn't provide any suppression modifier but keeps the acc modifs). When you give limited choices, those choices have to be stronger compared to factions which gets access to a variety of them. And this design only held, when vehicles call ins were a thing. In: COH2 Balance |

I thought it was at most 15 range, but i guess it's just visually confusing at first if you look the distance within the end of the barrel and the Katyusha. In: COH2 Balance |

Allow me to shed some light on why the panther may be receiving some kind of accuracy buff. Bug or it was considered still moving? Cause static it should not miss at that range since it has way over 100% acc. In: COH2 Balance |
