You threw 2 molotovs to 2 different places. Grenades against buildings have 2 components. The AoE of the grenade itself (which is why you should aim it towards the highest concentration of models) and the dmg which will apply to all models disregarding where they are. In: COH2 Gameplay

What you don't realise is that the plane had vision on you before it arrive on the minimap and what you see is just the plane preparing for the strafe. Unless you are already leaving the area, if you react ONCE THE FLARES ARE IN THE FLOOR, you will never escape the first strafe (both planes). You could alternative increase the duration of Loiters to +10s and increase the time on arrival to +10s but outside of it, they will keep chasing people down outside the area. In: COH2 Balance

It wasn't really any stronger than a medium-close Panzerwerfer strike, yet was still they removed it. A huge shame, considering the Panzerwerfer can do the same thing as it's default strike, if you are willing to get a bit close. The least they can do is replace it with a rapid barrage, fire the entire volley with no pauses (although personally I feel like this should be the default fire mode). You said it. Risk. Max range precision barrage means you would delete anything it was aimed at, risk free. In: COH2 Gameplay

Not from an implementation/programming view but rather marketing/consumer POV. You could always reduce the rate at which you give lootboxex/gain points but people would rather see thrash constantly than once in a blue moon getting a mediocre drop. In: COH2 Balance

They started out as something earned through using the units; most of the "kill x unit y times using z" achievements were also to unlock bulletins. NOW they pad out the drops, much like camos do but honestly that's OK. I was referring to the fact OP wants to reduce the total amount of bulletins. Gameplay wise, i would had made bulletins be similar to a single low power level commander ability. For example, the Ostwind suppression is fine as concept. I would give each faction 5 bulletins/concept ideas that would work in automatch and rotate them based on balance and programming capability. The strongest bulletin should never be stronger than the weakest commander ability slot. In: COH2 Balance
