Thread: Fuel or Ammo first?21 Jun 2021, 18:03 PM Playing a larger game mode like 4v4 requires munitions for recon and arty drops. Without these you will lose no matter how much fuel you have. For 4v4 attack fuels. Dont get fuels? Make a fuel cache. After that munition caches are very helpful. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Hi Maybe someone can help me 20 Jun 2021, 18:46 PM Good luck convincing anyone here this is a real thing. I have been telling people about it and giving examples on streams and still they dont believe. Old streams when I play with people I would say "This game is over" when my units stopped doing damage and would just disappear from indirect constantly. Even though they could see it with their own eyes they choose not to believe. The Sheeple they are called. Instead they believe that a company that cant get the team colors right in a replay or spectate is amazing and would never have bugs/issues like this. And dont get me started on when my AT guns simply do not shoot at the enemy even though they are parked right in front of it. Then I tell the AT to target the vehicle and instead it picks up and walks over to it. It acts as though it has NO VISION of the vehicle. However 95% of the time the enemy shoots me right at the FOW line, instantly. Probably FOW based bugs in the game. I have seen it with INF as well. Units standing right next to the enemy and not shooting. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Rosbone learns how to make an RTS19 Jun 2021, 21:27 PM After spending so much time in UNITY and finding out how buggy and poorly laid out it is. I am seriously considering stopping this project. Unity is about 5 years away from being useful and completed. It feels like you are running a ALPHA/BETA at all times. Some stuff is neat. But others are infuriating or just dont work all together. The help documentation is horrible in that it is incomplete. You have to watch a YouTube video from some 12 year old in a 3rd world country to get the correct information. I am finding myself coding AROUND Unitys issues instead of just coding the game. Things that are simple and 4 lines of code are taking days of troubleshooting and searching the web to find answers to get around Unitys bad implementations. In: Other Games

On the Bocage map, none of the building are able to be converted to a Forward Headquarters from Urban defense. This may be on purpose. Check the territory around the houses. The houses may not reside in any territory. It is usually best to not design a map around a certain unit or commander. But it is the mappers discretion to do so, especially in a 1v1 situation to make it better for tournament play. In: Lobby

I have throne nades on squads that never moved and lived. Does not sound like its denying anything. But you have to agree OKW is the worst no matter what your counter argument is. In: COH2 Balance

You can tech nades quickly. OKW has no NON DOC nades worth a shit. You get smoke from mortar. OKW need a truck teched and parked. Snares at VET 1 correct? OKW is locked behind a truck because they get a rak instead??? Which makes no sense at all. Should switch the rak for an ISG and return fausts. But what do I know. In: COH2 Balance
