If I were a top player, I would be changing to other players names all the time to see how the enemy changes their strats. Playing as Luvnest may tell the other player to watch for snipers and multiple P4s for instance. But it will be Kimbo instead, so he will do something else. That is good for everyone. DONT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT THE ENEMIES PLAYSTYLE. It is also a moot point since ALL top players will check the STEAM page of the enemy and know who it is. As Kimbo stated, he did not change his Steam page so players would know it is him. So name alone seems a little heavy handed to me. I am not commenting on Kimbos personal situation. Just because something is written down does not mean it is the right thing to do. The rule is very vague with a lot of grey area. My point is the rule is badly written. It needs to be better defined. A name change alone should not be the only criteria. And all player names are generic until some magic moment that Relic gets to decide with no indication to players of their game? They need to publicly post a list of names that cannot be used. If they do not post this list and ban on name alone that would be an indication that they are actually a small gathering of sphincter meat In: Scrap Yard

How many people playing as "Dave" got banned when Dave started winning high level matches? I think there were like 27 people playing as Dave. I even had VonIvan ask Dave to change his name on stream because there were too many. I suggested Pearl Fireworks. My suggestion was rejected. Just using a name (Steam allows you) should not be a ban. That is not necessarily impersonating. I would argue you need to do more than that for a game ban. In this particular case, Kimbo stated he was streaming and that may have been the nail in the coffin for him. Streaming the impersonation shows intent. In: Scrap Yard

Probably just USF and Wehrmacht. In the map discussion I dont recall seeing maps larger than 2v2. But all modes would be sweet. In the past, Relic was slow on things they promised to the community. This is promised to management/Sega. So it should follow close to a schedule if possible. But software is like art and is done... when its done. It is hard to hold to a schedule and work correctly. By saying 8-12 weeks I was trying to give hope to people when it came earlier.
