I will give your some advices after work hours but first, KV-1 is tanker unit not Tank vs Tank combat. It can deal with pz4 untill add on armor vet, after that you neeed more zis and Su-85.

-The way of countering B-4 had to be one of the balance factor. If new B-4 cant be counter by tradional way (Lefh fire, rocket fire, off map bombing) then it will stay in OP list just like M8 scott, CalliOP ( LMAO ). Removing CB doesn't make B-4 auto win Lefh, you know. there are 3 shells vs 10 shells. heck even 4v4 game when my friends buy 3 B-4, Enemies will auto build 2-3 Lefh to fight back, 9 shell vs 20-30 shell is fun fight. Just learn how to find B-4 location by using your ear, paying attention on mini map or just 60 ammu recon !. I simply tired of people who said counter fire is not count as balance factor of B4......
- About it new Profile, please bring stat and in game data to provide your OP. In my view, New B4 is fine, their AoE profile would be smaller than old ones, 400 damage wouldnt instantly kill delete everything in the blink of an eye, scatter so big that you can actually move out unlike LefH , supression is only yellow ping and yet recovering from it is quicker than MG, Panzerwafer. but new change come from B4 doctrine is really well rounded, provide everything you need from defendsive to offencesive.
here is an example of bad of new Rifle company is:
- a Doctrine itself wouldn't give USF player any real advantage or alternative helping hand. Ez8 do little more AI power, better AT but it still Ez8. It cant really out flank Pz4 and cant open an offensive unlike normal M4 ( throw smoke sceen, forcus HE shell into MG, gren so Rifleman can follow to cut down Pak.... Ez8 simply could do it in times dual to new werid AI form).
- WP arty is WP arty. not Buffterfly bombing run.
- spint and Flare is good, but they are no back up after that, Mortar ? meh, Howie: nah trash, .50 cal, AT gun: being blasted by Ost mortar. tactical movement even better because it is global ability.... there are so manything to do from USF side meanwhile Axis side just buy a second MG, more gren,pzgren to counter the push.

If Rifleman Company couldn't provide any high ground, Ez8 should be it. Give it 150-160 fuel tag and buff it raw power, add on ability or heck, better radio net buff. That force Axis go for heavy solution rather than keep buying AT gun, more pz4 because they know even 3 ez8 with vet still completely lost because reason.
For my crazy idea of the day, why not remove halftrack and give it an AI loiter. IT would be unique to Rifle and allow the commander to be useful in larger game modes.

people like you, vipper seem to be forgot PTRS penals had to stay in green cover to constantly fight with medium tank. Staying on open field or stupid yellow cover 100% helped Axis med tank cut them down very fast. Meanwhile Traditional AT squad could fire 2 salvos and run aways.
Dont forget to crashi your tank into penal when you get sachel. Bite back time is fine.
Here me out, the T70 used to come out at 8 min earliest, not it comes out at 7 min earliest. You really saying building a t2 and getting a zis will push you back so much that you that it'll reach p4 timing. Are you joking????
