Learn English finally. That traverse change made the ability from infantry eraser to mild annoyance. Cost was reduced so anyone would still want to use it - no one did since. This is the last change to the vet 1 ability and it is actually a buff. The vet ability 1 does more damage the longer the traverse radius is, by increasing the radius the made sure the ability does more damage with less micro, since before one could set it up to fire at single point doing very little damage. PLS stop writing complete BS for things you do not understand in your feeble attempt to defend something that simply wrong. Grow at learn to acknowledge your mistakes, its will save all off us allot of time. In: COH2 Gameplay

Last thing it received in regards to its firepower was a nerf including massive nerfs to its vet1. That is inaccurate Vet 1 ability of Centaur was not nerfed in years. Actually it was last time buffed in May 2018 20mm Strafing Fire ability now has a minimum traverse of 15 meters 20mm Strafing Fire ability cost reduced from 50 to 30 In: COH2 Gameplay

Mechanically, they are identical. They simply have different value for projectile velocity and "arc" of fire. Glad you're as on point in regards to arguing semantics as ever. No you are simply wrong again, the mechanics are totally different: Ballistic weapons uses accuracy, big_explosions do not Ballistic weapons can collide, big explosions do not Funny how you try to present core mechanics difference a "semantics", instead of accepting that once more you where simply wrong. There are 2 main types of ballistic shots, flat trajectory aka tanks and "lob" aka everything that's indirect and AI howitzer vehicles(brumm, stug-e, dozer etc). No idea where this is being set, but its not separate type. Thank you for trying to correct me once more while being completely wrong, not all main guns use ballistic: Stug-E use big_explosion not ballistic Brummbar use big_explosion not ballistic Sherman 105 uses ballistic. You are also wrong not all weapon that can scatter are ballistic. Big explosion weapons can scatter too. In: COH2 Bugs

So that angle scatter change is what makes it behave like normal tank rounds, besides the not colliding with terrain anymore? Generally speaking each weapon has type, all tanks use the ballistic type. I do not know if KV-2 was using another type and it was changed. Scatter angle simply made miss less to left or right. Honestly, after using it, I'm not sure that it needs any nerfs or buffs but it is a really strange unit. .. It is a situational unit that is why it should be cheaper and less lethal. It shines vs units in garrison/ heavy covers and ATGs, good in closed urban maps. Vs blob is has great synergy with Hmg to slow down enemy units while the flamer does full damage. It is also a decent damage sponge with the same frontal armor as the Panther and significantly better rear armor. In: COH2 Balance

I don't know if all flamethrowers are equal, but it only has one compared to the two that the OST flamer has. It took 28-30 seconds to kill a single Panzerfusilier squad that the owner didn't realize was being attacked. ... The fact that you test these things in game speaks volumes since many users post without checking stats or testing. Well done. The time to kill PF is really high and seems out of ordinary, it should be less, around half of that 10-15 secs. The only thing I can guess is that they where on water or snow where they take reduced damage... Flamer does work better vs entities close together due to AOE. Damage for the gun is 80. Caches get built when they become a more manpower-efficient source of income than map control. Territories and caches are different cases, caches are an MP investment with no upkeep and in 4vs4 the investment returns more fuel thus its paid of earlier than 1vs1... This part of the reason why cashes are uncommon in 1vs1 and common in 4vs4, you invest a smaller part of total manpower/army for more fuel returned. In: COH2 Balance
