are you sure you didn't do it again or something that got you permabanned afterwards? Doesnt matter if it was on a smurf account. when did you report him? There is something called ban-waves, which means it can take up to a few weeks until someone gets banned. I really doubt that Relic has the time to immediately read all the emails and promptly run to the guy who is responsible for ingame bans. Also, there is the possibility that he already got banned but his ban expired. First time offenders usually get a 2 week suspension. In: Replays |

Quite some time ago it was supposed to counter T 70 or other LVs and I assume it still is ?!? But I somehow can never manage to get 5 CPs by the time the enemy fields a T 70 / other LV. And apparently it i am not alone with this. Even top players seem to have only 3-4 CPs 10 minutes into the game. So what is the point of the Puma then? whole point of this doc is (and always was) to play hyper aggressive with grens and heavy t2 (flamer 251 and some 222s) in order to get the 5CP asap. If it's your plan to basically skip t2 and rush t3, then dont use this doc at all In: Strategy Desk |

I know that this bulletin is pretty meme anyway, but  according to its description, it decreases cooldown by 2%.  The actual modifier however increases cooldown by 2%. Cooldown bonuses always must have a modifier lower than 1. So not only is this bulletin useless, it punishes you too. I guess the person who implemented it back in the days was already tired and not sure anymore if a cooldown bonus must be bigger or lower than 1. In: COH2 Bugs |
