For the record, only the Tiger gets a scatter buff with veterancy.
The Pershing and the IS-2 only get accuracy.
oh yeah, did that get changed or something?
anyway then remove the scatter bonuses from Tiger and it should be fine

Thread: QOL AT guns- make "prioritize infantry " switch8 Feb 2020, 00:16 AM
QOL - make "prioritize infantry " switch for all AT guns instead of "prioritize vehicles" because who needs pak to shoot at infantry by default I would like this change so I dont have to watch my rank 2000 teammates anymore building multiple AT guns and not using prioritize vehicle on a single one Though wouldnt a "fire at will" button make more sense? Why would somone prioritize infantry with AT weapons? In: COH2 Gameplay |

On top of the CP delays, at least the scatter (not accuracy) bonuses from veterancy have to be removed completely. If not from all tanks, then at least from Tiger(!), Pershing and maybe also IS-2. This is an issue in all modes, the vet 2 or 3 scatter bonus of the heavies which is between 20% and 50% makes them completely overpowered since the last patch. During the times when Heavy tank scatter was still very inconsistent, these veterancy bonuses made sense but now where that is sorted out, it's basically "Destroy this vet 2 Tiger asap or you will lose all infantry units and lose the game" on many maps. Atm the majority of veterancy 2 shots against inf is either a forced retreat (with a follow-up wipe on retreat) or instant wipe. I think with the delays and some veterancy changes, heavies could be in a good state. Their vet 0 anti inf performance is already good but with vet it becomes broken. In: COH2 Balance |

Well they are maybe kinda necesary They still have the scott howitzers on top of t0 mortar, the pakhowie (which I am sure you can make non-cheesy without making it shit) and also the 3 doctrinal indirect fire units. They have a really good armament overall In: COH2 Balance |
Thread: USF indirect fire stalemate6 Feb 2020, 17:46 PM
The USF indirect fire roster faces multiple issues at the moment: Pakhowitzers are too expensive for 1v1 but in teamgames they are completely OP. The recent patch "nerfed" their autofire scatter which did practically nothing apart from making it harder to predict and dodge, on top of the barrage recharge getting buffed (who asked for this?). Their AoE is still completely ridiculous. Mortar Halftrack Phosphorus barrage used to be OP but it got completely overnerfed to a point where nobody uses it anymore. It needed a nerf but what did people expect was gonna happen if you apply a ~80-90% damage reduction? A squad can just sit in the phosphorus without moving and will still have around 50% health left at the end. The t0 mortar has fine stats but the smoke barrage bug makes it a bad choice Result: Every teamgame is just boring pakhowie gameplay, whereas the unit gets never used in 1v1 ![]() There needs to be done something. Pakhowies should perform a lot less cheesy but also become a lot more affordable (~LeIg manpower level) to make them possible to use in 1v1. And the Phosphorus barrage from the MHT needs to be around the middle of where it is now and how it used to be. I dont mind if its locked behind vet1 then or more expensive In: COH2 Balance |

Good job on this! It's amazing how you can customize the display now. And its also nice that the annoying bug where it shows the actual rank minus 1 (rank 1 becomes rank 0/unranked), is fixed |

Thread: Winter balance (1/2020) feedback - UKF2 Feb 2020, 20:46 PM
yes but USF could not spot MGs from far away, thats the main difference here. If you already got suppressed before you fired the smoke it was usually not worth it vs good micro players. The only inf unit that could spot far for USF when rifles still had smoke nades were pathfinders, but they were never used back then because they were completely underwhelming In: Lobby |

Ive said this before but I would give the M5 halftrack the option to drop a medic crate for 15 munitions.. as long as quad flak is not upgraded. Same like the OKW 221 has it In: COH2 Balance |
