Maxim is clearly OK, some people pretend more than it can and simply rant. Anyone can post a thread and learn from the feedback, but even OP can be wrong about his opinion.
I will say it again. MAXIM IS OK. It is balanced around his faction, the opposing factions, the history of the unit itself and what is ment to do.
So now you think no change? You just said Stormjaeger's idea of buffing Maxim and adding t3 requirement was good idea, make up your mind
There are much more radical maxim buffs in this thread you have ignored btw...
PD: Kubelwagon was never UP.
Well Relic + the modteam disagree because they've buffed it in 2 different patches this year

If it's not a viable way to vet your engineers, why add it?
Cause every little bit of XP gain helps when you're talking about a squad as cheap as pios?
Engineers should get XP for doing engineer things. Placing something like barbed wire obviously shouldn't count, but would be cool for other things

Also both garrisons at the VPs are bugged. Units often take the wrong doors for no reason.
I've noticed this numerous times on the Left VP garrison as well, didn't realize the right side also was like this |
I've had issues with the snowfall effect before. Not snow on the ground but the active effect of snow falling like on Alliance of Defiance
I think that's snow anyway, could be ash or something |
Why couldn't they do the trucks like US forces?
Split the initial cost and vehicles.
You could get your truck setup faster, and have access your MG and I.G. then you could unlock the additional vehicles with a seperate upgrade.
Heck, they already do that with the Panzer HQ upgrade.
Which units would you split up though? Just ISG from Flak HT and IRHT? Doesn't feel that necessary, what would you do with mechanized, split luchs from puma and stuka? |
All natural green cover basically vanishes from the game by the 15 minute mark though.
The current sandbag system works fine, and removing it from UKF of all factions seem silly considering their infantry are otherwise handicapped and their engineers don't even come out until t1.
+1
IS probably need sandbags the most, although new patch seems to be making them less cover dependent if the changes go through |
The Jeep isn't that good its a paper vehicle with no gun that it starts with and takes forever to upgrade. You don't even have to faust it just keep shooting it and it will explode.
The M3 HT is good though but its T2 so it can't help you for a while.
WC51 is really good after upgrade
It saw a decent amount of use in WCS |
question was 'both or double bar?'
I like mixing both. BAR will offset the m1919 not shooting while your moving. Then when you stop the m1919 kicks in for long range power
Makes riflemen really good against just about any type of squad |
Sander already explained that removing suppression from Raketenwerfer was not a nerf.
If my tank is backing up with engine damage I would like to stop the rak in its tracks, not hope that I can do enough damage to kill it fast enough. It depends on the situation |
I just explained why. Can you read?
What's more durable, 375 armour vs 60 range 300+ penetration TD? Or 375 armour vs 220-240 50 range TD?
When did health stop existing? KT has more health
I am full agreement on Pershing. I honestly wish it wasnt in the game |
