What's going on these days? People complaining about Raketenwerfers being OP?
If someone sends two cloaked Raketens over the map running with snail speed and then fucking with your tanks, then you don't deserve it better. The Raketenwerfer is by far the worst AT gun (let's pretend M-42 doesn't exist) in the game. It needs its retreat functionality because it dies when even looking at it.
Additionally it most of the time forgets to fire and is mostly wiped by a single mortar shot.
wtf are you talking about, I saw some Chinese guys about a week ago in a game but then not again. Never made bad experiences with them, they usually don't write anything but that is nothing bad in CoH2 haha.
Also the conenction problem may only occur at the start of the game when everyone is ready. You should not get any lags from Asian players because you get the game data from a server which is in the US and not from the player in Asia. You can say a lot of bad things about CoH2 but playing is still very possible even if someone in your house is downloading stuff with the full bandwidth.
If this is true then the gaming industry is in a much more wrong path then I thought it was.
Of course it is. Everything in the gaming world is like this. We are not in the 70s/80s anymore where some cool dudes in their garages create cool games only for the fact to have fun.
Currently EVERYTHING is about money. You can think of any detail you want, this single detail is the way it is because of money.
A CoH2 example: Why is the Brit Comet and the Land Mattress out of the Scope for the Winter Balance patch? Not because they are fine, but because the Brits themselves are a DLC faction that brings money. And the land mattress is an additional DLC that brings even more money. They know that every game in 2v2 and upwards is determined by late game artillery like LM and Calliope.
"Veteran" players that play CoH2 for a long time are not interesting for publishers, besides people like HelpingHans that promote their game for free. If they invite Hans to their HQ for the MLNW event, it's not because they are nice guys, but because they know that Hans will promote them for that. They usually have all the ingame content and are just playing for fun. But if a new player gets the game and sees that it is much more comfortable to win when buying the Brits and also buying the LM commander, then the publisher is content because of $$$.
This is the only reason behind it, you can't blame Relic for that because they only play after the rules of their publisher SEGA. And game publishers are almost all the time greedy guys that don't give a single fuck for the game as long as it generates money.

A solution could be, leave barrage precision as it is right now (for countering the mortar pit), but make auto fire much less reliable.
Same for all indirect fire option, cause this current artillery meta fucking sucks.
Use another squad (penals/cons) to distract the Flak HQ to shoot them instead of your tank (the OKW player can NOT order the target of the Flak HQ!). Another approach would be to smoke the FlakHQ with a mortar. A T70 should kill a LeIG in not more than 5-8 seconds.
Also usually you get a T70 much faster than the OKW player builds his Flak HQ. In addition, two LeIGs cost almost 700 MP which prevents the OKW player from having a large army. Also MedHQ means no Luchs, no Puma, no Stuka. If you manage to steal a LeIG it is a big Fuck You to the OKW player.
As you are talking about Faymonville, it means you are referring to 1v1 gameplay where double LeIG - especially against Sovs with huge team sizes - is no effective way to go. LeIGs are a main problem as Brits in 2v2 but 1v1 as Sovs should be doable
Reduce Stugs dps and give it to panther. Teching all the way to end should also give some kind of bonus to Ostheer as t3&tiger call in is much more preferable now.
No way. StuG is the only thing currently that stands a single chance against Allied tanks. Nerfing the StuG will make the faction not only not viable but completely unplayable.
