For the Force to stay in balance, mrgame and ullu would have to go as well, or all 3 need to stay.
That being said, new rak is much more reliable and incomparably less cheesy then original one, while still retaining retreat. Its L2P issue, regardless which side of the rak you are on.
It not logical imo. Td s have only 1 thing they do and need to do it well. Having more range is a requierement for their job. They are helpless on their own.

I changed from my new provider (unitymedia) back to DSL (1&1) for 1 game and the lag went back to normal levels of ~500 to ~600 ms even though I use Wifi for this connection instead of ethernet...

unitymedia is a horrible provider overall, nothing but problems with it
I am fairly sure the IS2 loses vs the Tiger I, but its AI is absolutely revolting. The thing erases infantry, and takes so much punishment. A Tiger will win, but only after the IS2 wiped all your screening infantry. I can't say much about the Pershing though, mostly cause I don't play with it very often.
It doesn't lose to Tiger in 1v1, but it loses everywhere else, lower AI performance, lower AT DPS lower base range, but higher armor and slightly higher speed.
Because mr ukf player cant possibly push to displace and kill those pesky mortars. Note how convenient mortars pit can be. They spot their own counters and still don't bleed not a single mp.
If the opponent invested in 2 mortars it has left open a big door for the ukf player to exploit

You forgot the pit has a cost itself?
And UKF infantry isn't exactly cheap?
At best, you'll have equal amount of units on field, pit included.
