Don't bother with him.. wehr fans will make their own reality...there are many complex reasons why german 'kill ratios' are high even though they lost their way to Berlin and ended up with a big fat Zero. Ditto for the soviets and why their losses were higher even though they won their way to Berlin.
Kill ratios is precisely the Wehr mindset in this war. They were more focused on this than actually finding out a way to win.
That is rather crude and a major misinterpretation of the whermacht. I find the whermacht to be far superior then the red army or the USF. But your correct military victories doesn't make a unstoppable fighting force. the romans where so effective not only because they had well led and wel disciplined legionaries but also because they where also masters of diplomacy and had a firm understanding of economics of warfare. The nazi's never did and germany downfall was inevitable because of that.

AI units get vet just fine by attacking infantry. More expensive AI units need more vet and that is how it works.
no it isnt. once i had a sturmtiger doing more then 100 + kills on langress and he still was at vet 2. only if you get a ST to perfectly nail an is 2 or 85 you make progress.
People really need to stop making 1:1 comparisons of the Easy8 to P4's or other tanks. Can the Easy8 have a Pak covering its flank? Or double faust PGs on its side? US armor needs all the help it can get.
The AT of the AM is not lacking. In fact they have the best TD's in the game.
Well, the PIV main gun is more accurate againts infantry than the t-34, and has the same area of effect.
The tiger, panzer IV, t-34/85 , t-34/76, panther ALL do the same damage. The PIV is pretty accurate , it has 6.5 scatter, so panther having the same scatter will also make it pretty accurate againts tanks. It's not a very long reload, 6.5 seconds i believe, same as the t-34/85.
Call ins being dominant is another issue, which i am trying to adress by buffing the panther.
If you havent noticed some units simply shoot faster. the puma shoots so fast that it nearly has 50% more damage output then the panther . you can look up the dps differences between the units at coh 2 stats as their are more stats involved then just reload.
If the KT comes out and you have little to no proper counters, you probably lost the game earlier already. I know that the only times I've had one used against me with success was when I got outplayed.
I mean, it's an absurd fuel sink, and getting it means less (or no) OKW vehicles to deal with. If you have driven off your opponent by the time it arrives, a screen of AT guns with proper AT to support it (Jackson, E8, SU-85s, Soviet doctrinal heavies), you can usually just force it to retreat for repairs all game long. It's harder for US forces, however.
In team games it's harder to take care of, but you also have more AT options and you know it's coming. Adjust.
Indeed! If you see the frontpage you see mine KT being destroyed by partisans. yes he was lucky and yes i lost the kt because totally didnt expect this to happen. That i managed to get the KT out was because i was completely outplaying him and i won in the end.
You cannot reduce maxim squad size until you make rifle nades doctrine specific.
You are saying that the counter to all support weapons should not counter this. suffice to say the issue currently is its durability but that is not an issue if you support your maxims with scripts.
