I suggest that you learn what you are talking about first because I posted many threads and topics before about how to fix maxim spam abuse and the last thing I want to see is more mg abuse in the game. We are complaining because IL-2 Bomb strike was only useful against non-static emplacements thanks to Guard's button. Only stupidly slow things like an Elefant can still. Take away button and the ability is just useful to destroy OKW trucks, which it isn't even needed due to the late stage of the game where you unlock it. Nerfing button indirectly nerfed Bomb Strike a lot. so once again greeb what is stuka bombing supposed to do? germans have no button up at all. it doesnt matter that button wes nerfed you still have it compared to the germans. This unit is similar to the maxim : a high mobility mg with a narrow arch. now that soviets have a taste of it they suddenly complain about it. so i suggest you 1 adept and 2 destroy the kubel with at or massive amount of firepower while your squads semi circle it or light vehicles . a technique i use often vs the maxim also works on the kubel. Kubel on the other hand, does damage and suppresses from a distance. That's why most of the tactics one uses to fight m3 for example do not work against it well (especially for USF). nope. m3 and dodge are quite heavy dps units especially against a kubel who is a larger target size then infantry. also dont forget that the m3 and dodge is meant to carry a squad inside of it mister i have 2 standards. IL-2 Bombing Strike is supposed to destroy a single target, which it can't do unless that target had not wheels. oh so the stuka dive bomb is to hit the target 100 % of the time as well then? if its dodged then its dodged no sense complaining about it. and while button up is no longer the i win button it was its still useful to keep even the fastest units in place for a pummelling from either ATG's or il 2 bombings. you guys ae simply whining to much. PTRS rifles have extremely low accuracy (0.05 near, 0.025 at max) because normally they hit vehicles with big target sizes. Against infantry, with the target size of 1 and accuracy lowering mechanisms such as cover or received accuracy modifiers, the PTRS will not really do anything at all except for the rare lucky hit. Upgrading your conscripts with PTRS rifles is, in my opinion, a waste of munitions and manpower. You lose effectively ~30-33% of your anti-infantry DPS for what? The ability to be a threat to scout cars? Big deal. It's good in theory against OKW and their light vehicles, but the doctrine lacks any form of AI units or call in tanks so they can just make some Obersoldaten, Panzerfussiliers or JLI and you will have nothing to stop them. That it misses doesnt mean it will not hit the guy standing next to him. but yeah still pretty whimsical to call it an ai weapon. but nothing is sweeter then killing 4 rifleman with 1 shrek missile.
