This is due to the problem that the rockets have 0 pen, so they practically bounce if it is a direct hit. But if they dont hit drectly its AOE actaully deals more dmg since it ignores penetration .
One might be able to increase pen a little bit so it can pen katas and so on. This is very odd behaviour indeed

Why do peaple think just becouse usf wasnt picked in the 2vs2 tourney that it is on life support? Imagine there are 3 allied faction so in a 2vs2 one isnt played. Just becouse sov brit combo is superior doesnt mean usf is bad. It was played plenty in 1vs1 tournaments

and just insta retreat if the pocket was closed, you wont suffer any casulties, believe me.
It might catch support weapons but anything faster can jsut back off if your fast enough

Does anybody else feel like the calli should be able to bounce p4 shots? It is already hard to kill as it is (3 shot killl). Please give it the jackson treatment and nerf its armor to 110.
Also i dont care about realism becouse
A im pretty sure it wasnt a good thing having a bunch of explosives on top of your tank while being shot at. And
B you could not reload those rockets while being inside the tank.
So just reduce the armor to 110 to stop stupid rng moments.

The problem with isu lies in its armor and mobility.
For a heavy assoult gun it isnt that slow. And can still bounce a lot of shots.
I think either reduce armor or reduce speed would be a good choice for the Isu. That way it would be easier to dive and axis woundt have to rely so heavy on Ele and JT

I feel like okw got crushed this patch but not becouse of okw per se, but becouse of the buff of the british. Brits are just too good for okw, and the constant threat of t70+ aec + valentine doubleling on OH forces them into puma evry single game. Ginving them limited lategame options. Main Balance issues Imo lies with certain british tanks and abilities. Some examples:
Valentine comes too fast and threatens to rek OH.
AVRE just instantly wiping sqad (look final on elst)
Concentration barrage + free recon on the entire map.
Conclusion: if brit infantry is going to stay that strong some of the offmap and abilities need to go.
Another reason why allied performed so well is the easy click abilities to remove heavy TDs that seemed to be natural counter to ISU. That on the other hand is very hard to balance IMO. If you nerf the abilities exactly those heavy axis TDs might have no counte, but thats certainly something to be worth looking at. (slight adjustments to soviet rocket strafe would always be welcome )

Man im sry to bust the bubble for you but caches are used for resource lead once you already have an Manpower lead. And to stop the opponent from closing the kappa, but thats a diffrent story.
Harassment is part of the game, and i would strongly suggest any new players to dont build caches what so ever unless they have around 1000ish manpower or so. Becouse a wrond timed cache ends up in less field presence worse engagements (since you get outnumbered) and therefore bad mp trades, that result in less map control no cache can compensate and eventually a loss

you know that if he rushes vickers there he cant cap any point? If you are already set up an mg up close + pio + gren win vs vickers until it is able to set up as long as you are not dumb enough to put them all on the same side (maybe it will force away your mg if but thats about it)
just put mg on the one window point and the grens on + pios on the other side
EDIT: forgot to mention that vickers is one less section or bren carrier to deal with which is very nice from the brit to bring early game since those are the real pain in the ass
EDIT2: fun fact, flamers dont deal dmg to units inside the fuel trench on rails when attacking them frontally( due to elevation issues i suppose) the same can be seen on the trenches on eindhoven, therefore the main goal of OH vs brits is not to not loose the house, but to not let the brit dig down in the trench.
Just on a personal note, it is better to first try to adapt or improve before blaming game balance. These kind of peaple tend to just say it's broken i cant win, which stops them from actually improving and learning the game. Try to figure out what your opponent will try to do and find creative ways to counter it. Espacially OH has plenty of tools to do so, that way you can catch your opponent of guard. For example using camo MG vet 1 against sniper + radio intercept. Or even crazy stuff like sprinting pzschreck pgrens vs calli . Or ask for small changes that can be implemented without completly changing the game and creating new issues. Like i did with the Jackson armor nerf thred for exmaple, that actually got implemented.
