Thread: 4v4 win rates disparity7 Apr 2021, 07:55 AM I'm glad to finally have some statistics to work with. Even if they should be taken with a grain of salt (as indicated by the website itself). I do find it odd that people don't veto the laney maps more that clearly favour the HMG 42 and heavy TDs. Playing less games on Red and White Ball or Hamburg (maps where there is 0 room to flank HMGs or TDs) would probably significantly decrease the disparity in win ratios. Does this website have any way to filter the win ratio per map? Or does anyone know if there any plans for that? Does anyone know who the author of this website is? Also Jaeger Armor does seem to still be super meta. I think it was already planned to remove Spotting Scope from the Elefant itself, but it probably needs more. In hindsight the AT strafe has been stronger than anticipated. In: COH2 Balance

In 2019 the price was temporarily adjusted from one patch to the next while figuring out the values for the DPS improvement, so you can scrap those. Storms just received an update to match PGren standard (3x G43) after having their STG 44s replaced by MP 40s. In summary, the only major change to the Jaeger Light Infantry upgrade in over 3 years was the DPS buff for the PGren variant. In: COH2 Balance

What sticks out like a sore thumb is the combined arms nerf (course by mech co no doubt). Some usf tanks suffer from wind down/up such as the jackson and pershing resulting into not getting their true reload bonus. 15% reload would translate into little value and in my perspective is a nerf to heavy calv. I agree. At -15%, the effective bonus of is as little as ~10% on certain vehicles like the Jackson. I don't think Combined Arms needed to be adjusted at all, but if it is going to, then the reload bonus should either be higher or it should be finetuned per vehicle (for those that have wind up and down) to have the same effective bonus for all. Simply merge Jaeger Light Infantry Upgrade with Jaeger Command Squad is one unit available in CP and reduce the number of G43 to 2. Changing three values is significantly less work than what you suggested. Also no offense, but it would really help you get your points across if you'd take the time to re-read your sentences before posting. Reload is based purely on number of bursts, not bullets fired. That is why for example a Thompson needs to reload after as few as 12 bullets at far range and up to 126 bullets at close range. What could help is varying reload frequency more, so models would reload more in turns rather than all at once. But tbh it's too late now to go mess around with this kind of stuff. In: COH2 Gameplay
