So overall pretty good changes but I think it still lacks the spice to overthrow the meta commanders. It needs just a little more punch.

Some feedback to the new "Overwatch doctrine"
1. I really like the changes you made, the doctrine feels fresh and is a lot more useful now. But think about swapping "For the fatherland" with "Sector assault"; i think the doctrine should have at least 1 off-map arty / air attack.
2. A simple suggestion to make Jaegers a lot more useful:
a) Remove "Sprint"
b) Give Jaegers the Rifle 'Nades ability from the grenadiers.
This would fit a lot better to their theme of log-distance infantry and would complement the fighting style of the other infantry units of OKW.

First impressions/thoughts about the Elite Armor doctrine:
When i read the changes i was really disappointed. But i have to admit that auto-repair and the new tank commander are really nice abilities so far.
Not so sure about the Sturmtiger, i personally would like him to go but i have to test him. But Signal Relay should definitely go; its underwhelming and still to expensive. I would really like to see it replaced by "Panzer tactitian"; smoke would be a great addition for the expensive OKW-tanks.

As much as model 24 grenade looks interesting can you convince me why would it be better/more desirable to use rather than a normal rifle nade?
I think its really hard to revamp this commander because of the similarity to the "Jaeger Infantry Commander" which has so many abilities that could be used for the "German Infantry Commander".
Maybe it would be better to revamp the "Storm Commander" / "Festung Armour C."instead of "German Infantry". Especially the "Storm commander" (one of the worst designed commanders imo) could give the faction something new and fresh.
Just a suggestion:
New "Storm Doctrine"
0CP - Breakthrough Tactics
1CP - Reworked Sturm Offizier (could be useful for Breakthrough Doctrine too)
4CP – Smoke Bombs
12CP- Stuka Dive Bomb
13CP- Tiger I
You would have a nice mix of ammo, fuel and manpower based abilities.

I'd put the Hetzer AT into T1 as an Su-76-like stopgap light tank destroyer as an alternative to Rakettens and to open up T1 strategies as an alternative to a Puma to counter enemy light vehicles.
The amount of changes that are necessary to make Panzer Elite viable is certainly debatable. But even in a very conservative redesign the Sturmtiger has to replaced by an another call-in tank imo and the Panzer Commander ability needs a complete rework / improvement. Autorepair in its current state is also not really worth a whole commander slot.

You have a good point in saying that American Soldiers ideas should complemented with ammo based abilities. I also think that the Radio Car does fit a lot better to the Overwatch doctrin.
So i would suggest:
1. Panzer Tactitian (imo a must for this doctrine
2. 250 Halftrack Mechanized Group with Obersoldaten (Im sticking here to my idea)
3. Breakthrough / improved Panzer Commander
4. Jagdpanzer 38(t) "Hetzer"
5. Tiger I
Now you have 2 ammo based and 3 fuel based abilities.

• 0 CP: Goliath
• 1 CP - Forward Recievers and Early warnings merged
• 2 CP: Jaeger Light infantry (improved version with "coordinated fire ability")
• 2 CP: SdKfz 223 „Radio Car“
• 8 CP: leFH 18 Artillery
Some thoughts about PANZER ELITE
I think this doctrine should give you not only improvements to your tanks. OKW's tanks are obviously the most expensive ones, come relatively late and you will barely have more than 2.
As some guys already wrote a call-in infantry unit would be a good way to give this doctrine some punch in the early game.
So why not give this doctrine a "Mechanised Elite Group": A SdKfz 250 with Obersoldaten. That would give you the chance to get "early" Obers, who can vet a lot better. Considering the high price for this group, spamming would not be possible.
This group would fit in well with the other abilities already mentioned in this thread.
•CP2 - (PASSIVE) Panzer Tactician
•CP3 - Mechanised Elite Group (SdKfz 250 with Obersoldaten)
•CP4 - Breakthrough
•CP7 - Tank Commander (improved version with HEAT mun)
•CP13 - Tiger I call in
Thanks for the feedback!

Sorry for the missed quotation.
I just wanted to say that with these abilities it would be better to give the doctrine the Jaeger Light inf unit which should get "the coordinated fire" ability. Would have the advantage that the "Scavange doctrine" would get some much need love too (via the improved Jaegers).
