So garbage that a the new commander gives 3 for 100mu vs the usual 60-70 for one!

Stalin shares a rare smile knowing his incredible 5 year plan has lead to this moment:conscripts combine shitty stats with a shitty weapon resulting in literally nobody even bothering because that single weapon slot is more valuable picking up literally any other weapon in the entire game including a single PTRS because the dp28 is so awful.

The west is terrified and in awe at the paltry firepower knowing that if the Soviets are willing to waste a squad and munitions on this God awful combination imagine how much they are floating! But more importantly if THIS is the best that their minds can come up with arming their core infantry, it must mean that anyone with an IQ exceeding that of a 5 year old must be set onto some sort of much higher and more important tasks.

A single DP28. yep. THATS what will fix cons. THAT'S what I want to spend munitions on. THATS what I want to spend my 1 weapon slot on.

My bad, I misread the "ukf and okw" from the post you quoted so it read like you were sarcasticly bringing the UKF flares up on your own. My apologies friend.

I wonder if an aimtime multiplier on cover (slightly reduce the rec acc modifier to compensate) would make things simpler. Then leave the sniper as a crit but it's speed of killing is changed depending.

That would still have the effect of the upgrade usually coming when T3 is built, which would give a huge sudden power spike (together with T-70) that should be avoided.

T4 is too late
Are we aware that when okw builds their first truck they get a huge power spike including a weapon upgrade, a snare, an hmgamd a light vehicle?

The 7th man isn't the caliber of a weapon upgrade and I think you are overstating the power spike it would add. Again, make it a fuel unlock (like molitovs but actually something someone might unlock) so it doesn't effect anything unless the player wants it too, which is how all conscript upgrades should be applied. It locks out a weapon slot and cons 50mu,its not handed out and they are still conscripts. Some players want variety and a chance to not have to go T70 each. And. Ever. Game. 7 man conscripts and the halftrack could be alot of fun but is hardly viable due to the timing of the upgrade. What's more is that cons have been getting trashed for the whole game by that point because nobody was concerned about the power spikes of weapon upgrades and locking them behind the final tier

If timing is independent of unit power and cost let's make shocks 0cp and no other changes and see how that goes
