Strong su-85 is counterpart against P5. How you suppose to counter P5 with weak su-85? Or which unit must be hardcounter to it in your opinion? Also don't forget OKW P4 with stock elite armor and stock kingtiger. We are drifting of topic now but the SU-85 has on of the best AT guns in the game and it is very effective vs all axis vehicles. One could easily design it to counter Heavy tank effectively and medium tank less effectively. For instance one can lower the accuracy. In: COH2 Balance

Because the unit is already cost efficient. If one wants to make something more attractive within a faction one has to create room for it, else one simply creates OP units like the AT Partisans that still get little use. The argument that a unit is not being used that is not cost efficient does not hold much water. It was proven clearly by Dshk or even shock before the buff. Luch needs a Puma since it extremely low AT, T-70 does not need a SU-76 to protect it. I have provided you the stats that SU-76 is superior vs mediums tanks to Puma. With this patch and reduced cost of T2 - zis will be much more reliable choice neither su-76. And that is why lowering the price of T2 for soviets makes little sense, it did not help make t2 built more attractive it help to back tech and making a zis instead of SU-76. Once more the main reasons you do not see units like SU-76, Easy8, Sherman 76, 105 dozer, Panzer J is not that the units are somehow bad: there are simply better options to invest resources in Ostheer have little reason to invest in T3 units In: COH2 Balance

I did not check the editor to see how the have implemented the extra damage. vet bonuses that increased damage though some times applied to unintentional to secondary weapons like the mg of the Puma. Puma cheaper (70 fuel), heave excel mobility, smoke, turret, stun ability, 160 damage in vet. Puma also have lousy accuracy and penetration and need to move very close or flank to become effective. In addition Puma's mobility is hampered by the the higher penalties when driving on rough terrain. Su-76 is a cost efficient unit. There is reason is not used is same many other units. There simply better investment especially with change to Super heavies. For comparison reasons and as an indicator,DPs range 50: SU-76 firing on PzIV 17.4 Puma firing on T-34/76 13.4 Considering the difference in cost between a PzIV and T-34/76 the SU-76 is superior to the Puma vs mediums. Thread: Bring B4 howi back to tank hunter tactics17 Sep 2019, 07:11 AM Jump back to quoted post17 Sep 2019, 00:13 AMfrostbite Hello everyone. after alot of playing with the commander i feel like the 152 howi just dont fit this commander at all. the 152 howi dont kill tanks its meant to fend off inf from positions ect. i remember the B4 howi being in the commander before and it was fun and i would sometimes use it cuz i can try to damage a tank. i think we need to bring back b4 in tank hunter commander cuz it makes way more sense and theres already alot of commanders with 152s and the b4 is only in 1 commander. i would like to see it changed! what do everyone else think?? b4 is a tank killer... 152 isnt! B4 was not in the Commander, actually the commander should not have an artillery piece since it is designed as an AT commander and not AI. In addition contrary to claims the bomb run has not be nerfed. In: COH2 Gameplay

But I dont think su76 can vet really fast due to its lacking ablility to chase and kill vehicles. Cant be faster than a t70 at least. It does vet to fast especially if an AT unit has the same XP value with an AI unit, the ability to chase down is irrelevant since XP is awarded for damage not for kills. In: COH2 Balance
