That is without the tech cost and for OKW. One can easily go cheaper than that if it a soft counter to WC51/M3/UC (and sniper) which are generally cheaper. It depend on what tech requirements the unit would have for Ostheer but 15 FU is too high. In: COH2 Balance

PG with 2 PTRS and no snare would be burned to crisp by clown can with flamers and pinned by UC with Vicker. Actually Ostheer should have access to a redesigned 221 that would be cheaper and have lower DPS vs infatry but higher penetration so that it would act as soft counter to those micro lights. The added benefit would be that 222 could become more expensive and tougher becoming better vs lights. In: COH2 Balance

Had you bothered to read this thread you'd realize that. A claim was made that the Panther was not as oppressive to medium tank play as the other TDs in this game, and I argued otherwise. I am not sure what you mean with "oppressive" but the Panther is less cost efficient than Allied TDs vs mediums since it a more expensive vehicles with higher pop countering cheaper tanks. I one want to counter mediums he is better off building stugs as Ostheeer and probably PzIV as OKW.
