Your stat are simply wrong. HAVP rounds are slower but have allot more penetration, so it depends on the armor of the target. AP rounds are better vs low armor targets and HVAP are better vs highly armored targets. Actually the vehicles gets OP vet bonuses and the ROF of the unit is can become borderline broken. The DOT damage should be moved to an ability allowing to deliver lots of damage but with limitations. The these specialized unit could have their cost reduced so that they are cheaper than main battle tanks that can deal with different types of targets. In: COH2 Balance
