Everyone said its fine. This ability is less deadly than the bombs, its fine. I mean it got nerfed hard for a reason, being that it would shit on units on retreat. Is there a global upgrade now or some kind of Vet bonus like the one for Echelons? Its a doctrinal ability in German Infatry called Vet squad leaders. Basically makes grens, pios and pgrens (Im not sure about pgrens). 5 man Grens also get 1 g43. Grens get a RA and accuracy bonus so they wouldnt be horrible late game. pios get a buff to repair speed. The upgrade is pretty good. Also the mg42 upgrade is locked if you go 5 man so you won't see 5 man mg42 terminators running around unless a lmg drops. In: COH2 Gameplay

For example the STG m1907 and SMLE all became much more noticeably better than its counterparts in the class. Medic weapons got even worse and made the class almost unplayable. And the Bren/Lewis gun where almost unusuable. Thankfully they are reverting it today so it’s no longer an issue. In: Other Games
