Thread: Input lag for (german + EU) Players1 Feb 2019, 17:44 PM Okay I haven't been playing a lot lately but EVERY TIME I play (always in the evening) I get periods of extreme input delay, It ranges from annoying to completely unplayable. (the most extreme I had was ca. 5 seconds) Edit: Ive also had the whole "connection failed" and then "reconnecting" thing two or three times. In: COH2 Gameplay

In 2v2 we keep Stadtschutt (good map actually, most mapmakers consider it bad for whatever reason),Alliance of Defiance, R&M, Elst and Eindhoven. In: COH2 Gameplay

Relic decided to put community maps into the game because 90% of the playerbase demanded it. They also allowed community balance patches because the community wanted it. Not sure what your point is. Should they release 10000 versions of COH2 to suit every individuals taste instead? As I said I'm not talking about actual content policy because I'm not expecting my opinion to have an effect on it. I was mostly responding to "After the changes get implemented the very same people that didn´t contribute anything start complaining and calling the people that made the changes stupid." I have the right to complain because I never wanted any of the bad maps in the first place. So yes I can criticize without having contributed anything. That was my point. Someone uses his time to either work in the balance team or map making--> The guy tries to find people to test the changes in custom games with mods--> Very very few people help because they aren´t really interested or don´t want to spend their time. -> After the changes get implemented the very same people that didn´t contribute anything start complaining and calling the people that made the changes stupid. It´s sad but it´s not going to change anymore at this point of the game´s life-span. The thing you're missing out on is that people can make the game worse. What if I don't want any of the community made maps ? What if I donn't want the game to become more and more linear and homogenous ? Not saying my opinion matters at all but I shouldn't haev to be thankful for something I never wanted. Like 90% of community made maps. Again my personal opinion. SOme maps are just bad. Some are good. And there's a pretty clear consensus about it among the people who play and understand the game. Sorry for being an asshole but I just can't hold it back. Edit: Angoville went from unplayable garbage to playable garbage. Should be removed from teh game. Way too much of a clusterfuck atm. And the middle road split is just fundamentally broken. Thread: USF Tech Changes Mod Changelog20 Nov 2018, 22:42 PM LT start is too attractive. There's no reason to go captain first atm. The captain Vehicle tech is worthless in general. Also 4 Rifles is dead with this update because you will almost always go 3 officers and that's just way too much infantry to maintain. Officers should be optional. Initial tech mp cost should be reduced to 100 mp. M20 MP cost should increase. Officers should cost another ~250 mp. Something needs to be done about the LT early mid game power spike. M20 into Stuart combined with 50cals is insane. Switching 50cal and Pack would be one idea. In: Lobby

Yes, raw stats in the void are better then mortars, but I'd still have it have actual distinct role instead of "better mortar" with broken legs and worst death loop in game due to 3 operating men. It's way better than mortars on open grind fest maps like langres. It's one of the few US units that allows you to fight manpower effectively. Changing its role to pure barrage arty is probably a bad idea. Only problem atm that it's insanely expensive esp pop cap wise. Edit: To properly test the mod it should also include all the other december balance preview changes. In: Lobby
