Relic told us that we could not change the new commanders' faces, so all we did was tweak clothes, hats, face colors and tweak minor things like facial positioning (although, as you can see with Strategic Reserves, a little tweak goes a long way!)
well actually I needed to change Strategic Reserves commander's nose a little bit but I bet nobody noticed

I really like how the colors are more consistent across commanders.
Although I also like the "old photo" effect some commanders have and I would probably like to see it in all commanders.
Soviet Industry could lose some red imo.
