TWP buff

Since its been discussed that OST lategame is needing some attention and because devs in the recent patch buffed PaK tracking speed, i came with an idea to buff TWP vet1 skill

Its a simple (hopefully) rework and it goes like this

Target Weak Point.
Loads and fires a Gr. 39 high-explosive anti-tank round that immediately stuns the enemy vehicle crew. (Toggle skill)
-The Pak goes stationary after paying the munition cost and stays for an undefinite amount of time with the shell loaded, after the first shot is made the pak is mobile again, if the ability is toggled cancelled the pak is mobile again but the munition is not refunded.

A more drastic approach could increase the PaK sight by 5 if it realllly needs more raw power, after the first shot the sight buff is lost.

This way a Pak will act as a "stopping power" that coupled with a stug can be useful for late game rushes and enhances the OST defensive aspects

stug variant could be changed too, but i would prefer not because it gives some hunting potential as it is now, as a 1 shot timed ability

Would be nice if it was just changed into an incindiary sniper shot when firing at infantry (same as now vs tanks, just extra utility vs infantry).

More buffs to axis fractions. More. We are missing.

Add also some functions against the infantry for Zis, M1, and the British AT.

The pak target weak point ability is already very strong. It doesn't need to be buffed.

The idea for "dig in" feature for AT guns that would give them a buff is kind of cool if there was a tear down time to add some risk it could work. It would suit OST's defensive nature as well.

I think Pak 40 TWP is comparably fine. Stug equivalent is definitely janky though.

For once, I agree with Mazianni. How could you complain about Pak TWP when the Stug TWP is literally useless.

Pak TWP is fine.

Increase Stug TWP damage to 160 and it's fine.

An AT gun that's also. Temporary mine for the first tank that comes into range while lso taking a 1/4 chunk of health. Yea no way that won't be OP as all hell....
