Also between then and now, volks got DPS increase as well, with 2 shrecks they would still be most op squad in game, pick 3 STGs, 2 with shreck and a-move to opponents base. In: COH2 Balance

It's still got about the same penetration as a Stug, more than any other medium tank in the game. The Panther is a tank hunter, it's not even in the same league as the comet. It's like complaining that the puma beats the t-70. The Panther is intended to counter it. The comet already rapes any other tank, you don't need to buff the AT. Puma vs stuart/AEC is actually more suitable comparison. Maybe AEC less since all of its nerfs, but it still isn't being picked in response to armor, but to harass infantry. But yes, I don't think Comet needs more at the time. In: COH2 Balance

I know he did, I'm simply pointing out how ridiculous claim he made by factions "needing to give up stuff" to get other stuff, while he completely ignored the fact that its core coh2 design, some factions have stuff, other factions do not, but have different stuff that is very effective in its on role. Wouldn't be too off the theme of more defensive play with more durable squads while double equipping lmgs would be available only in hammer tech. Then one would have to make a choice of having more durable squads or more offense oriented double lmg equipped ones that are less durable. (Or maybe make the choice between 5 man squads and double lmgs a choice in t1 like the bofors and aec are in t2) Would probably need some tweaking of the stats to get them in a good spot though. Then again as long as i get to keep my Jacksons and Thunderbolts in a good spot I don't really mind. Without any additional buffs? You'd end up with extremely gimped faction until H or A is unlocked as brits would not have any staying power or any meaningful ranged damage. In: COH2 Balance

How can a flak emplacement also pick up medkits. Im only picturing the gun lifting itself from the ground and scooching/sliding to the medkits. If you are lucky, you will have to go only through couple of hundred between his .org and official forum posts to find it. If you need secretary, employ one. Oh and if you have missed the memo, for over a year changes and reasons for them are being made and explained by modders, relic only sets and acknowledges the scope and agrees to changes. I paid for it after all.
