It can actually combine the 2 abilities and have one of longest sight bonuses. Umm, but you do realize that vet1 was nerfed very hard in the past and its cost was doubled? It only increases sight range slightly compared to almost doubling it in the past. For the sake of semantic argument - yes, it does increases sight over 35. But for the reality of the ability potency - no, its only good for checking if there is infantry around in FoW. In: COH2 Gameplay

A pair of (layered) Pak 40s (full health, which they usually aren't) barely have enough DPS against the Churchill's armor and HP to take it down to 50-75% HP on its charge before it kills the first one with its rather good AOE damage and grenades the second one. And I've been generous to the Paks in these tests by giving them 60 range vision. Not to mention Rakettens which are even worse. Only two vet 3 Paks stand a chance to take it below 50% HP before it kills them both. I can't imagine a singular realistic, non vacuum flat map test scenario where a lone churchill would ever face completely unsupported PaKs. If we were going to balance unit by void tests.... Well.... That's how units get completely gutted and neutered(Stuart anyone?). In: COH2 Balance

I.... don't think you know what you're talking about. Infantry combat in CoH1 was extremely imbalanced, between snipers being IWIN against certain factions, zombies and PE infantry from being by far the weakest to by far the most powerful end game anti all blob that couldn't be killed without artillery. Multiple armor types and affiliated different HP made sure absolutely nothing about infantry combat was in any way balance-able or consistent. In: COH2 Gameplay

They get 40% which is relatively common. Cons actually get 50% accuracy. 40% at standard vet2 and 10% as bandaid fix for making them viable choice without giving them any weapon upgrade at vet3, which obviously failed at serving that purpose.
