It fixes literally all problems that were claimed if it was in T3. 1) No combined shock effect of T-70 AND 7 man cons, so that excuse is no longer valid 2) Tech delay if you choose to go for it early, meaning stronger mid game, but later late game, so no efficiency excuse 3) If you go for 7th man first, armor will be delayed enough to respond In: COH2 Balance

You can't have CP lock AND tech lock, that's the thing. Or at least we never had one I am aware of. There were some beta shenanigans, but I don't remember well enough. In: COH2 Balance

And its not like stall for heavy was ever a viable tactic in team games anyway. In: COH2 Balance

Especially when OKW is heavily dependant on ammo to make their infantry units potent enough. 90 ammo is not too much. It is good! You just have to find a different strategy and see what works and what does not! Redistribute your muni spending. (also, shocking newsflash: All 4 factions are heavily ammo dependent to make their inf potent) In: COH2 Balance
