You might want to include the cost of molotovs and AT nades that are always upgraded before soviet armor hits the field, unless you play industry. No one will go T1-T4 without these upgrades and its plain stupid to not include them as teching costs as you will be forced to get them before SU. |

For soviet play right now is for girls, very easy to win, no need hability, just spam, all the units is better armor... The tanks dont decide the war, the infantry yes...

The catch-22 is that Relic made people PAY for this awful horribly designed system. So all the fools that actual bought commanders will be unhappy if relic was to redesign the system.
Correction-the only ones who are fools are the ones who think commanders will not be balanced AND the ones who think the system will be changed. |
Well don't forget they have SVT Rifles, which make them superior to Grenadiers.
Personally, I feel like Penal Troops are more akin to Assault Grenadiers, since both units trade their AT ability for increase base AI. Since Assault Grenadiers are 320 Manpower, 300 seems like an okay price for Penals (or for both, actually).

I think the only thing they need to change is not allow soviet sniper enter into a clown car. Its really dumb at the moment.

I'm pretty sure that anything will penetrate the rear armor 100% of the time. Just sayin, that's a pretty glaring weakness.
Plus, soviet mines should be everywhere.
Panther?
SU-85 is the only non doctrinal unit that can penetrate panther rear 100% of the time.
T34 can bounce even from that and at panther vet2 T34 will have ~60% to penetrate panther rear. |

The panther really needs to be rebalanced. Almost all teamgames end with germans just spamming them non-stop and there really isn't anything the soviets can do even though it's such an obvious and cheap tactic.
It really needs a more effective counter.
That is because soviets have nothing like PaK43 to keep overly spammed armor in check. |
