TL;DR:
Nerf the shit out of soviets(everything should be expensive and ineffective), buff the crap out of germans(ubermensch should not die to anything) and some general stuff for the fatherland.

G43 is long range upgrade that increases your squads range with build in map hack, the cost for it is fine. Ppsh is exclusively close quarters combat weapon. Ppsh will win close up only if cons won't loose too many models on approach, G43 will win against anything at range. In: COH2 Gameplay |

Bunch of theory crafters up in here. Penals have a ton of potential, it is entirely in how you use them. No other infantry in the game is capable of pulling a move like that. Seems that most of the posters on this forum actually disdain the 'S' in RTS and would prefer to cry op/up and compare numbers instead of trying to outplay their opponent. Great. Can I exchange that potential for actual unit usefulness? Even friggin Osttruppen have a clear role and they do it well. In: Lobby |

Do not know if will be put in the post but I think it would be essential as a ladder system had, for example, Age of empires on Zone.com. Its called ELO and we have it in game already, this is how ranks are determined. Build time is pretty much the only issue I've got with it. How pios can spray mines around, while CEs build just one in the same time(and I'm talking about the def doctrine AI mine) is ridiculous, rest is fine. In: COH2 Balance |

Assault grens aren't really even worth 320 mp. They are worth 280 but their 0cp call-in threw balance off so badly that they needed to have a prohiitive cost. It was either more manpower or an additional muni cost and the players hated spending more muni. It's why their reinforce cost is still the same as when they were 280. It was also pre T1/T2 build time buff for soviets and since the buff time I'm constantly repeating that AGs could go back to their 280mp cost(they are balanced as 280mp unit and reinforce as one, only their initial price is 320). They had to be delayed/prevented from spam, because counters couldn't arrive fast enough with long T1/T2 build times, since that is no longer an issue, I see no reason why they should still cost 320. I do know that some top players/streamers say they are fine at 320mp, but I don't see them becoming OP at 280 anymore. And the same applies to penals, they are not performing up to the cost, so their cost should drop or performance should increase. In: COH2 Gameplay |
