I'm not entirely sure how to achieve this, but it would go a long way to making USF competitive in team games. I feel like it's early game strength is the reason it's unbalanced in 1v1 and it's late game weakness is the reason it's unbalanced (the other way) in 2v2 and higher. This is ignoring the "rare" commanders; I have no idea if Rifle company is amazing late game or if the mech commander's arty is still OP as hell. In: COH2 Balance

There's a pretty happy medium between Walking Stukka in its current form where you get to specificy the exact position of your stream of tactical nuclear explosions and the overnerfed Katyusha/Panzerwerfers which are usually a waste of resources. I think the problem is more structural. USA needs to be weaker early on, and stronger later on. They absolutely wreck havoc in 2v2s+ in the early games through sheer overwhelming numbers and capping power when used by good players. In a 1v1 it's much easier to knock out your opponent early on and capitalize on your victories quickly. 2v2's go longer on average, and very frequently reach late-game.
