Wehr just needs to upgrade gun. (Well yes technically you need T1 but give me a game where Wehr doesn't tech past T0) I understand, but in return they can equip weapons with all there infantry, and they can equip them with 2 ( even 3 weapons for heavy engies ). - USF, in 2 doctrines, have weapons that dont need research, just CP You need T2 research, not T1 (anyway there is no T1 tech cost, just the building), i understand your point, but LMG at the end as some cost The choice of no Green cover for OH was obvious on coh2 vanilla: - Sov have sandbags, OH have bunkers But now, with new factions, there is no more that difference. I think that was the point of Hans, and this is why we are discussing In: COH2 Balance

I also believe the doctrine will be where it should be. Just pointing out impacting limitations that grens don't need to endure to use LMGs. Maybe rifles cost 40 manpower than Grens cause they are better than them ? ( the new buff to VET 3 will allow them to scale in late game, good thing ) In: COH2 Balance
