Everytime I play OKW, the soviets go hard Maxim spam, locks down fuels and munition, and at a time I can bring the Flak, they have already ZIS and its a GG. What can we do with this ? They are not going to have an at gun every where. flank the gun or use FSJ. against lonely maxim use the kubelwagon to suppres it so your infantry can get up close. In: OKW Strategies

Do you mean conscripts? even if its better at longer range you cannot ignore the difference in hp and cost. and 40 mp per man should do more damage then a 20 mp script. In: COH2 Balance

They likely have the panther out already by then or the lynx. basically you have to understand that is that the okw reaches the ostheer/soviet tier 3/4 within 4 minutes. only thing preventing them from becoming op is their fuel income.
