The Brummbär does almost no damage against the emplacement. A OH Panther also turned out to be insufficient, it does almost no damage to the emplacement and is easily penetrated. Paks take ages when blindshooting and get then easily countered. (Maybe if you get a Sniper with Holdfire to spot.) Another Idea would be the bunker down ability for tanks, it increases their range, so they should be able to kill is more savely. Didn't test this. After some time the OH Artillery killed it, but probably my enemy was bad at repairing. He also didn't had it in reach of a VP, so besides capping the other 2 I could also cap the mid one. Btw, is the counterbarrage ability still useless? In: Ostheer Strategies

Thread: Ostheer, the never ending struggle13 Apr 2015, 03:46 AM I will just say this: Playing against arguably bad players, 2 MGs + Sniper works very well against USF. Just get your MG to vet 1, use the Sniper to spot, reface your Mgs to meet the blob, activate the MG ability before the blob is in sight range, and have them insta retreat their whole army. Problem is, this is only against bad players, who move all their Rifles on one path, and most of the time don't build early vehicles for whatever reason, or use smoke/grenades. Matchmaking is weird sometimes. No comment on how this works agaisnt better enemys (and played by better OH players). In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: OH Sniper2 Apr 2015, 20:29 PM OK, you guys now I am in favor of the new hp (as you probably know ), but he seems to be able to take a looot of small arms fire. Sooo.... does anyone know if he still has more than 1 armor? Also, think about this suggestions, IF the OH Sniper turns out to be op after playing for a month: -He could take extra damage from small arms fire, like weaponsteams. That would mean he still doesn't die through RNG, but is easyer to kill if you get a flank on him. -Or, (and this is probably to complicated) he could need to pay Req if he gets below 3 HP to be able to heal above that again. -Or, we could even make the 2 bonus HP behind an upgrade he could buy. Maybe even a combination with my last suggestions, and lets make it a "consumable", anti shrapnell kit :"survive one explosion that would otherwise kill the Sniper, you need to buy a new one after that", 180 mp or smth. These are all Ideas for IF the Sniper turns out to be OP. We don't have to go back to the RNG, there are options^^ In: Lobby
Thread: OH Sniper1 Apr 2015, 23:45 PM Edit because I didn't reload the page: What they should do instead of giving the Sniper 82 health, is letting him jump away from explosions, so that he also barely survives them. Or just giving him the jump animation now when he gets 80 damage in one hit. But because that is animation and coding work, the current solutions is also OK for, you guys jsut have to imagining him jumping a bit out of the way In: Lobby
