The Game was already finanzed, so I think the Foundersprogramm is more like a Preorder/get in early.
Below I will list the packs, but pls keep in mind that I would only buy in, if you trust the Developers, because there are many things we don't know yet, and the game is in Prealpha.

The gamekey is worth 40$ and 40000 points also would normally cost 40$, so you basically get 80$ Value for 40$. 4 Charakter slots are all you need, because then you can make one charakter for every Faction. One Charakter can spawn as every Class, like for example in Battlefield 4.
The 80$ Seargentpack:
You get everything from the Warriorpack +
-15% more Points, that means a total of 92000 Points.

If you have too much money you could also buy the Heresy- or Xenospack, which cost 250$ or 450$. These are only Combipacks. Heresy is Captain + all Heresy Weapons, Xenos is Captain + a buttload of pointbundles. Maybe look into the Subscripton Model, if you could get more Points longterm.

some of the basic Ork classes, and if you want, later unlock more classes. (Free2Waaagh!) I think this might be a good Idea, if you are not sure about the game and want to test it first.
It's already confirmed that the Prices in the Ingamestore (Roguetrader) will go down soon! Atleast untill Beta starts, everything you have in your Basket in the Roguetrader, you can take out again! Your choices are in no way finale!
In general I would recommend for many to wait a bit and see how the game develops, but after I discovered that this game was in the making, I wanted to be Part of it right now
It's not only the WH40k "lore" game, but also the persistent World PvP game I always wanted, so for me personally it was a no brainer.
