You transfer entities, not weapons. I think you you missunderstood what he said. The AIRBORN GUARDS are the one who are upgraded with ppsh-41 not cons(that commander doesn't give cons ppsh41). So instead of getting a Guards with 6 ppsh41 like you should they get their default SVT40's. Remember, Merging with Shocks doesn't retain con models mosins. In: COH2 Bugs

That's like saying to test shocks at max range vs german elites. It's an intentionally biased test and poor form. You are better than that. And That's exactly my point. Axis infantry(Even the elite one) aren't supposed to able to 1v1 or be close in stats compared to their allied counter part. Because of units Like mg42 or mg34. Just like how Allied armor (Even the Heavy and Premium ones) aren't supposed to fight their counter parts cause they have both 60 Range TDs and 60 range ATGs. Ost doesn't have 60 range TD's and OKW doesn't have 60 Range ATG's. In: COH2 Balance

Brenmandos OTOH not such good odds. Each Bren on mandos have near about the same max range dps as a single Ober lmg (12 v 14). Without Mandos should win at any range with vet not so sure.
