And the panther had speed governors to make sure the crew didnt explode the engine yet we have blitz... Accuracy when continent isnt a way to balance the game. Also the scatter is awful because waaay back the is-2 did 240 damage with great aoe and accuracy (read as squad wipe-topia) however it could lose to the ass of a tiger who had to rotate its turret and then shot at the fron of the is-2 (tiger would win with about half health). The GARBAGE pen and dps were changed. Damage was reduced and pen increased... Then it shot faster and wiped squads more... So it was made to never hit anything on the current battlefield and thats how it stayed for many moons. I personally would like the is-2 to get its damage back and RoF liwered again now that it can hit targets and has the pen to mean a bounce (or miss) doesnt mean 20 seconds of dealing no damage... I think they should just increase the differences. Make the tiger slower with more range/sight and increase the the damage/pen/(maybe)scatter on the IS-2. So, if a Tiger player can keep his distance he can do ok but if the IS-2 manages to close he's screwed. But... The is-2 gunner just went to his AA meetings... Hes been drunk for so long... Thread: Molotovs suck12 May 2016, 16:50 PM I have 2 and the range is alot of fun actually.im a team game ill build a con, tech molitovs and build a muni cache the instant I can after my second con. The tech is usually complete by the time I get to the first engagement (unless its okw) and I can usually push off the first mg42 simply because nobody expects a molitov to be a threat outside of bayonet range. Thread: Tiger without claws?11 May 2016, 05:48 AM i think the tiger is mostly fine, it did receive a few buffs recently (will always outrange mediums and will always pen them, comet aside) maybe like 20-25 more frontal armour but thats about it (enough to negate the recently green su85 buff) it reliably kills infantry and it has blitz for a lil extra oomph from the engine if needed its also in like 5 doctrines iirc, very good ones at that so its much less exclusive and much more flexible in how you can use it than the perch or is-2 In: COH2 Balance

(loooong ass animation and short range) add a side grade that allows for more pop/MP income that (40fu 200mp) In: COH2 Balance

I would only scout car against OKW for that reason. 15 fuel to be countered by baseline infantry without a fuel unlocked AT nades doesn't seem like the smart investment unless your a micro god. using the m3a1 against faust wielding okw doesnt just cost you 15 fuel it gifts the enemy 5 fuel!
