Well emplacement by design are not supposed to be fun to play against. Where is the fun in the enemy being able to hold without a micro tax. Where's the fun in "ahah I've got you now... Oh wait you clicked a button and now I need literally 4x the damage" where's the fun in Sim city? By design its not fun because it dilutes all the important parts of the game that make it fun- there's no dynamic engagements, no risky trades to gain ground.... |
I personally like the idea of swapping the 50 cal and the AT gun. Then each tier can handle blobs and AT, the choice being if which you want to be mobile and which you want as an mp only fallback and weapon racks can fill in the blanks. It's unintrusive and really makes sence |

Axis should be larger squads, cheaper squads, and stronger, more powerful and efficient squads.
There is no reason for them be larger targets no more expensive per man. They ought to be larger
squads than soviets, perhaps 8 men per squad, the smallest target size, and perhaps 200 manpower
per squad of PzGrenadiers. Also, make dual shreks put-awayable (like SturmPioneers).
Quality, Quantity, Inexpensiveness. All strenghts, no weaknesses.

Could include the howitzer in mortar pit barrage (for small muni cost) to round them out a bit and make the pit a bit more attractive. It's not like the 25lbs are b4s or anything so a slightly stronger barrage could go a long way for both units |
I'd be behind reducing the damage to 60 in favor of a bit better AOE profile. Seems to be all in or nothing. I think some more consistency is what we need for potential wipe units not gutting them and leaving their rotting carcasses in the game to spread rot. |
Never said that the FF was immune to flanking, nor that the turret was game changing just that it is an advantage and should be taken into account. I agree that the FF isn't worth its current price ESPECIALLY with the broken strong Jackson running around with none of the drawbacks and even more perks for less. |
Vickers do pretty well VS garrisons I find and garrisoned are damn nasty. Tbh Tommy's in garrison will beat anything they come against with a Lil RNG assuming the windows are there. But if bolster was a squad by squad upgrade instead of a universal ID be behind snappers getting a damn flamethrower because bits do seem to struggle.
Maybe wp would be fine idk... Might synergyse with emplacement a bit well tho |
