They have a lot of light vechiles, like new Sdkfz 222, which is also super-cheap. They have flameSdkfz - thunder of UKF's emplacements.

Fuck support armor and go heavy Panzer corps. Why waste fuel on a building that will become obsolete late game? I mean you can control early armor with PZ, pak 40 and infantry with grens, mgs, snipers. Go phase 3 and get that panther and Panzerwerfer out asap. 2 panthers or 2 panzerwerfers or something else....will depend on the game.
Some time is better to have 2 stug than a panther (same popcap more dps less armor more hp) and get tiger or elefant |
so next time, don't clump 4 mortars in one tiny location or if you see you or your opponents doing that, expect that person to lose and that person should uninstall soon after.

The Ostwind is not bad, it offers high mobility, AA and AI. But of course going for a Pz4 or a Ostwind first is a situational choice.

Well, imo it's not really worth it. Not that it's UP, but by the time you bo T3 with OH, you must focus on your AT since Allies probably have some light armor on the field and are going for mediums.
It's a niche unit really. Depends on map, your resources, enemy's play style etc. With good micro (both for Ostwind and for you Paks) it is useful.
But still, as OH you are almost always reacting to enemy instead of having initiative so using Ostwind is a bit risky.
