Of course the odds are lowered by the number of players but generally relic stated when they first introduced the warspoils that the chances of getting items for the faction you play are much bigger than the chances for other factions. But the chance of getting 2 commander in 1 game is 0.0&1% In: COH2 Bugs

The Churchill should be able to reverse back into its own smoke if the opposition is too heavy. Light cover smoke would be useless for that purpose. I think it is useless, right because of that "time on target" and ridiculous explosion power. It is 803mm Gun. 803mm!!! And even same Stuka Dive Bomb is more dangerous than that. Of course, Relic don't care so much about realism or history, but that's just crazy. And stuka dive bomb has 2 benefits unlike that artystrike - no flares at all and 100% accuracy of shell drop. For that 100% accuracy and it's OPness they banned "precise strike" for ML-20 and (more important) B-4 howitzers, but allow to have a same for Wehrmacht. I call it "hypocrisy". Man time on target is strong when it hit its a lot of shell low scatter Stuka has no flare but a big weeeeeeeeeeee boom In: COH2 Balance

Imo it not be shot blocker is should provide light cover and immunity to suppression. Then is would serve its design role... Veternacy speed is something that should be looked at. There are units with high XP value that either do not do enough damage or can only harm low XP value target like infantry. For damage sponges the change could be that they gain more XP when they are fired upon and give less to enemies... +1 for smoke In: COH2 Balance

Costs a lot, but can't be effective, just because of huge delay between flares drop and shells falling. Should be fixed ASAP too.
