How some outdated info relate to current situation when its cost now is 300\90? Ram fitted for old design of T-34 as disposable, easy replacable, numerous armor unit. In nowadays, act like you can easy replace it - non wise. Whole SU faction was reworked to be in pair with other factions. Cons from trash become proper mainline. T-34 was reworked to be close to other mediums and this ability just rudiment of initial design.

And don't forget about T-85, how for this tank fit Ram and cap point?

How can you use the argument that Ram was fine when it costed 60 fuel when it this simply did not happen?

Why are even Sturmpionners the starting unit?

Allied faction received buff after buff because OKW start was oppressive while keeping SP as the starting unit.

Yes this whole conversation has gone way off the rails so I dont expect everyone to read and remember all of it.

I think we all agree that RNG is a good thing in the game. It is what gives it life and replay ability.

The question is how to mentally deal with it. For me it is harder than most, because I seem to get a lot more weird/buggy stuff happening than most everyone I watch or play with. And I dont even care if I win or lose. I just want to play and get decent games. And sometimes that is just asking too much.

Well I can think of two possibilities:

A) You broke a mirror and now you have bad luck for seven years

B) You suffer from observation bias and believe you have bad luck you only register events that suit you perspective.

Over time patches seem to have focused in significant changes that sift the meta. Although this can a be a good thing they seem to create many balance issues and the following patches seem to aim the after shock of these changes.

This approach seem to have lead in neglecting other aspect of the game. One of this aspects is veterancy and overhaul is long overdue.

Imo the following thing need to be looked at:

1) XP values. Over the course of the year the cost and stat of many units has changed yet the XP values of unit generally has not. This has lead to some units vetting too fast and other to slow.

Checking the XP value of unit and their vet speed is long overdue.

2) Vet bonus. Again over the course of the year units have changed role yet their vet bonuses have been hardly changed leading to some units being op in late game and others being up. To make thing even worse most EFA unit have similar vet bonuses to begin with.

Balancing units across all vet level and customizing vet bonuses according to units role is long overdue.

3)Vet abilities. Similar to vet bonuses these abilities are custom made according to the units role and are not balanced.

Balancing vet abilties and customizing abilities bonuses according to units role is long overdue.

Imo instead of yet another patch that would simply sift the meta it is high time for a patch that will fix a number of long lasting issues.

Imo there are to routes:

A) Return to the original intended design of using it as a last resort tool of getting more out of doomed vehicle.

B) Keep the current cheese "Ram+off map combo" design but make it doctrinal. Then once can better design both ram and the off map and thus better design the combo.
