The 120mm Mortar in particular hurts this strategy since its extra splash damage and range really hurts ISGs - just establish a defensive front and slowly grind down the Flak Truck.
Flares from Mortars to spot and ATGs are also really potent if you can get a clear firing lane.
Damn that's one fearsome blob, 2 REs (on second look one of them has that leet 5th man at Vet 3) *and* a Captain!? Holy shit, you'd need like a KT and like 2-3 MG42s to stop that at the very least.
Partisans drop like flies have a really high reinforcement cost per model (27mp iirc) which is almost as much a gren model. They scale pretty horribly and are VERY weak in combat.

Partisans are pretty much only good for that one time Surprise! ambush after that they are generally pretty much just a source of MP bleed.
Besides, the doctrine has no armor call-in or off-map ability, which limits your late game and (current) pretty lackluster Soviet T4.
Not that I think there's anything particulary wrong with the incendiary nade, but no one has been talking about squad wipes tbh.
OP said "just as effective as a normal grenade in some ways and better in others". If we're not talking about effectiveness of grenades in terms of squad wipes then I don't really know how else you'd want to compare them.
1. Play OKW
2. Spam Flame Grenades
3. Let us all know how many squad wipes you got and if you win.
I'll save you the trouble, you won't get that many wipes unless your opponent is braindead and you'll wish that you had spent the Munis on Shreks and Mines instead.
The Jackson buff isn't nearly as scary as you think it is.
Current Jackson has 35 Sight at Vet 0 and a 30% Bonus at Vet 2 = 40.5 Sight
New Jackson has 40 Sight at Vet 0 and + 5 Sight on Vet 2 = 45 Sight
The only thing that changes is that Jackson is slightly better at Vet 0-1 and slightly longer vision at Vet 2.
Mr Smith already eloquently (as always) demonstrated why the SU85 buff has a significant trade-off : although I myself like the change because Soviets need a reliable heavy armor counter. SU85 self spotting is also extremely situational and has its own tradeoffs.
If anything Spotting Scopes on 222s and Brit Command Vehicle FREE RECON! are way more problematic.
IDK, I have a mixed experience facing ATs - most of the times I get streamrolled in 2s is because the AT was ranked a lot higher. Any other time it was a pretty fair match or conversely it was a higher ranked player clearly playing with a friend new to the game and it wasn't too hard to win.
