It's annoying to see people complain about units not on topic, especially when you just made one about that pretty recently... A proper deterrent has 100% up-time. I've used it multiple times to save my walking stuka from diving tanks. I've just stated, repetitively, that to make the puma an effective deterrent (note; NOT a counter) it needs either minor buffs (in combination with its vet 1 ability), or major buffs (without its ability), that would make it overpowered against other targets.
