Essentially it would become an infantry wiping machine as well as a long range tank destroyer. It cannot be both or it would be a a no brainer in team games to combo it with mark target or other disables. The band-aid switch ammo type can go and yea give it a pure anti vehicle role It hasn't been an infantry death machine in a long time either. to the above as well, just like how the Jagd and Ferdinand are no brainers? Why don't they share range.8 Mar 2017, 21:24 PM Hello, I would like to have it put up for discussion why the ISU 152 does not get a range buff to be equal to the Ferdinand and Jagd in role. Its present role is confused, and punishing since the addition of the forced ammo switch. For a similarly turret-less unit it represents easy prey late game for tanks, rather than a deterrent as it should be. Not to mention it can be simply edged out by the range of the Jagd. At the very least, this unit need something as late game it and the IS2 are struggling to fill their purported roles for cost. In: COH2 Balance

Valentine, in its present form is fine if its crushing infantry it going to be met by a P4 very very soon. For the value the commander currently offers, to harass OKW trucks in the later game it does that job and just that job well. + 240 range sexton is hardly a problem either, as the unit is rarley seen for its normal range. Also to use said ability the Valentine with its low HP and armor must go in to deploy the ability. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Royal Artillery Regiment8 Mar 2017, 01:18 AM The cone is larger, but the sweep for both is more than adequate to reveal a front line. Still not the basis to nerf the already not amazing valentine. Its not a proper medium, its current state has it in a supporting infantry role, where it should stay. This commander is a one trick pony already. OK tank, OK mobile arty the only above OK is the artillery with no line of sight. so remains, not a spammable tank in current state and if your opponent is building more than one and you cant kill them, there's a bigger problem. Thread: Royal Artillery Regiment7 Mar 2017, 22:09 PM Dont fix what isn't good enough to be broken. Make the radar ability upgrade why? The range of this ability is minimal, just like the sextants range. If a player is purchasing multiple Valentine's znd sextants, he has no army. And in team games this is a non issue as axis have the Same ability to have one player sit back and spot for his team with multiple IR lights. Both the Valentineand IR trackcannot fight when using thier map hax. Sorry but a very tough sell to complain about a mediocre tanks ability when making more than one of tgem does nothing but shoot youin the foot. In: COH2 Gameplay
