Definitely the homing US artillery of DevM. First strike eliminates two squads, second decrews the raketenwerfer, third destroys it and fourth right on the FlakHQ.

Edit: I suppose you could argue RNG both ways really - Tobis should have lost his tank but at the same time Andres had that ridiculous abandon + point blank bounce off the abandoned 85 to recover it.
