The community manager should have his fingers on the pulse of the community. If there is very active & controversial thread pertaining top tier players in our esports scene, the community manager should know what is going on. I'm extremely disappointed in Kyle & Relic.

The problem that Relic needs to address is the lack of consistency.

I have learned that you must learn from mistakes and listen to the criticism, so that you can improve and get better at what you do. Of course not every criticism is valid, but I think my points and some other persons points in this thread are that. But if this is real, then I don't know what to say.

Not inviting Paula for ''smurfing'' reason does not make any sense. So what? Invitations should be given to people on tops -ATM- or with good achievements in tournaments which Paula's main account has. Can't see any other reason to invite anyone.
If we recall to attitude, he is is not many different than Barton/Sprice -which I'm glad they are invited- so Paula should have been aswell.
Honestly relic knows how to remove flavor of tournaments.
I just hope luck matches Paula/momo and shadowwada/Sprice or Barton. IMO it would have been even more INTELLIGENT to reach an agreement with those player -momo/paula or shadowwada/sprice-barton to fight each other as a part of milestones's reward instead of the #teamduffy bullshit. Community would have enjoyed more those game than any other probably.

How is it possible? He is a community manager, his job - speak with community, take feedback from it.
His job - solving problems like that. He is the face of Relic and the only way to communicate with Relic. When people don't understand what's going on with tournament, why one people were invited and other weren't - he must(!) give answer and describe, how Relic choose people for tournament. Is it so difficult?
Do your job well, or don't do it at all.
