Another thing that has me thinking that this is a fake is the ratio of old to new abilities. if there are old abilities they tend to be in the minority with a ratio of 3 new abilities to 2 old. Here it's the other way around.
There are 3 old abilities and 2 new.

It´s inside a doctrine - Ost is the only faction who has to use a doctrine, even if the Hetzer was ingame.
The Elefant is utter garbage. I can´t get one single kill with it any longer. Every half decent player just drives out of the arc of fire. If you are lucky, your first shot hits and at least damages the enemy tank. Versus players with a brain, you won´t get a second shot. Not worth 245 fuel. Once it´s flanked it´s done, as it´s super slow and super clumsy. It´s overpriced and not comparable to mid game standard tank destroyers - which the Hetzer would be.
And even if the Hetzer was lackluster, it would grant me larger successes than that block we call Elefant.

I think the commander would be amazing to trap enemies.
Maybe the Hetzer can stealth like he did in CoH1 and maybe Grens can stealth in green cover with the Tank Hunter Packages too.
In addition with the airplane run some pretty nice tactics could be done.

Light arty is awful, really bad and sometimes fails to kill even anything.

Oh look, another doctrine with call-ins and both Recon Overflight and an artillery strike to instantly decrew or outright kill Soviet artillery emplacements. How fun, I only hope this never sees the light of live branch.

Sorry guys, but I think this is clearly photoshopped. The font for the two "new" abilities is lighter in color, a bit larger in size, and the spacing between the words is further.
The blur was added to try to cover up the work done. Why would it be blurry in the first place?
Oh and the biggest mistake of all - the two "new" descriptions are missing a period, as normally they have one.

The story was that it was taken from a stream, that's how the other doctrines were leaked and those were very blurry. The spacing and lack of periods is true though.
