I think It's time to make VSL 0 cp.

Wouldn't matter, they still need a buff or reinforce cost reduction to be viable

Maybe a rework would be good. VSL grens having the option of upgrading to lmg42 at tier 4.

Is it possible to get a Raid Tactics like ability in German Mechanized Doc. Maybe make this an individual vehicle unit ability and not army wide ability and merge it with crew repairs.

NOOOO but VSL is my favorite gren upgrade :(

I hope vsl will still be viable like lmg42 and the new coming gren g43 upgrade... I enjoy vsl upgrade a lot and if it turns out to be bad in comparison to the other two upgrades I hope it gets a slight buff at least. I await to see the feedback from the devs and veteran pvp players on this. The stg change to vsl is lovely but the ra nerf seemed a bit much imo

However I am just some scrub player hoping to get more into pvp again in 2v2 when the patch goes live so I am aware I have very little authority here. Makes me feel helpful when I can report bugs though at least

The "issue" with VSL is that they have god a double nerf. Received accuracy bonus was removed and given STG instead of g43. STGs are pretty similar near-long range, but definitely weaker close range. Not sure if it is not viable anymore, especially compared to mg42 upgrade, just because it still gives good survivability buff to the squad and slight dps boost and close mid range + free medkit.

For the price of an upgrade and 150 mp you get an infinite healing source right at your base. They need their RA bonus back, or even better, a Damage reduction bonus

I say just switch the stg from volk one to the PG's one. that way they actually have a chance to beat something at close range.

So somehow replacing with a weapon that has better dps from 0-30 and has better moving will make them worse.

Lol, no. Pgren stg is crazy good weapon. It is so good, that some players don't even bother picking up BARs with PGrens, unless they want to deny the weapon. I assume it may even make grens better then previous OP iteration of VSL. Balance team gave VSL volk's STG instead of G43 for a reason.

What about letting Stormtroopers switching out their Schrecks like how the old Sturmpio's used to be able to. In terms of ambush At unit's they are actually not that great.

Hmm.. or was it the Volks. Honestly is was a long time ago i don't remember but I'm certain some troop on the OKW side could do that.

Unless you played a modded version, that feature has only been present in the OKW sweeper.
