Doctrinal call-ins left that should be buildable and bound to tech with upcoming commander rework:

Ostheer:
StuG III Ausf. E. -> Support Armor Corps (T3 building)

USF
Greyhound -> HQ after double officer or officer + appropiate officer tech

UKF
Valentine -> at Platoon Command Post after AEC/Bofors tech or at Company Command Post
Land Mattress -> Company Command Post

Late game artillery, heavy tanks and Command Tanks should remain untouched.

Valentin is no call in anymore.

I dont see, why stug e are supposed to be tied to tech

Oh thanks, guess I didn't play Royal artillery for a long time.

Edit: Just looked it up, it is buildable at HQ now, but still bound to 5 CPs. Even if I teched all the way up to Hammer/Amboss it is still locked if CP requirement is not met. That should be changed to Company Command Post as an alternative unlock at least.

To have same timing across all game modes. Because of ressource inflation in 3vs3 and 4vs4 units unlocked by 4 or more CPs just come too late in the bigger game modes to be of any greater relevance. This has no big impact on the heavy tanks and immobile/mobile artillery pieces since they are somehow the end tech. But light and medium vehicles/tanks call-ins are heavily affected by the shift in timing.

There should be more consistency to doctrinal vehicles which are currently a big mess but not unit is required to lock behind normal tech.

Is it even possible to tech up that far and have enough fuel to buy the Valentine without getting 5CPs?

Cause you gotta be in a hell of a cold war if you have stockpiled that much fuel and have seen that little action

Ost Puma is probably the trickiest one to sort out.

Its usually too late currently, but would be extremely strong if it was just tied to Ost T2.

I hope Coh3, all factions have their one building that just there to build commander's units. A Commander post.
I like commander units bind into tech, but it also delay core unit build.

i agree. if nothing else, they should be tied to a structure (even just the HQ) and built so we can add a build timer as part of balancing them
